About me.

Native of Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas. Seeker of truth, swimming holes and micheladas. 

I got my degree from The University of Texas at Austin (Bachelors of Journalism) in photojournalism in 2013 and have been freelancing for the likes of The New York Times, The Texas Tribune, Texas Monthly, the Texas Observer. I contributed photos to Lone Star Nation, a non-fiction work by Richard Parker and Ovrld, an Austin Music Blog. 

I served as one of the multimedia interns at The Victoria Advocate in Victoria, Texas from January 2016 to June 2016 and as Multimedia Intern for the Chesapeake Bay Program in Annapolis, Maryland for the second half of the year.
